Core principles
Google AdSense may help fund hosting, quality assurance, maintenance, and new features. Monetization must not make the tools misleading, hide essential controls, or require users to click an ad to continue.
- Core tools remain usable without payment.
- Ads are labeled and visually separated from application controls.
- Ads do not imitate download, navigation, or action buttons.
- Palette rankings and CPS matches are not sold to advertisers.
Ad placement
When enabled, Google AdSense ads may appear in clearly separated content or sidebar areas. They should not cover tool output, interrupt essential interactions, or be positioned in a way that encourages accidental clicks.
Color Pick may delay or disable advertising on pages where ads would materially reduce usability, especially on small screens or dense workspaces.
Recommendation independence
Advertisers do not determine Palette Readiness Scores, Smart Fix suggestions, CPS matching order, accessible color recommendations, print guidance, challenge results, or curated palette placement.
Sponsored content and affiliate relationships
If Color Pick publishes sponsored content, paid placement, or affiliate links, the commercial relationship will be disclosed near the relevant content. Sponsored material will not be presented as an independent technical recommendation.
Color Pick does not currently require sponsored listings to use the palette library or CPS tools.
Optional donations
The Sociabuzz donation link is optional. Donations do not create an account, unlock premium features, guarantee a response, or purchase influence over the product roadmap.
The external donation provider processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
Advertising privacy and consent
Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to consent and legal requirements. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more information.
